Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and relationship-driven PR, Partnerships & Outreach Intern to join our core team.

This is a leadership-oriented role for individuals who enjoy networking, building collaborations, creating opportunities, and driving impact. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding Lit-चौक’s ecosystem through strategic partnerships, sponsorship outreach, institutional engagement, and community-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, startups, cultural organizations, and community groups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Explore strategic collaboration opportunities that enhance the reach and impact of Lit-चौक.

Sponsorship Development

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential sponsors and supporters.
• Coordinate sponsorship outreach and follow-ups.
• Support sponsorship proposal development and partnership discussions.

Outreach & Community Engagement

• Lead outreach initiatives across colleges, universities, youth organizations, and professional networks.
• Build communities and ambassador networks to increase participation and engagement.
• Represent Lit-चौक at meetings, networking events, and partner interactions.

Public Relations & Communications

• Support communication efforts with media, institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting communication materials, outreach messages, and partnership proposals.
• Maintain professional stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Marketing & Visibility Initiatives

• Contribute ideas and strategies to increase festival visibility and audience engagement.
• Support promotional campaigns and awareness activities.
• Identify innovative opportunities to strengthen Lit-चौक’s presence across communities and institutions.

Project Management

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach and partnership activities.
• Track progress of ongoing collaborations and initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of festival-related projects and events.
