Your Role
The Production Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd Shift will lead the manufacturing operation for an assigned shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all processes (This role supports 2nd and 3rd shift. Candidates will be asked their preferred shift, and placement will be aligned where possible based on business needs.). This role requires strong leadership to drive performance, engage employees, and implement improvements in a high-speed, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for team development and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 40-60 employees to enhance engagement and drive high performance.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, fostering a "safety-first" culture across the facility.

Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing processes.

Develop and mentor team members to enhance skillsets and career progression.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production flow.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Lead the transition to high-speed equipment by driving change management and ensuring effective team adaptation.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.
Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in high-speed manufacturing, FMCG, or food production.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and develop teams.

Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including meeting deadlines and tracking progress.

Demonstrated ability to drive a culture shift towards high performance and collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-based decision-making.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
