Role Overview:

As a Sales & Business Growth professional at our company, you will be responsible for proactively engaging in selling SolidWorks software to both new and existing customers. Your role will involve executing sales initiatives such as cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management to achieve or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineers and decision-makers to present SolidWorks solutions that are tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Expand the client portfolio by upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and current clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure goal alignment and business growth.
  • Work closely with technical support teams to conduct product demonstrations, address customer inquiries, and facilitate deal closures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and unit sales targets.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (any stream) or related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in mechanical design software or a technical sales environment.
