- Work with our Product and Client Vice President to understand organizational needs for digital expansion
- Translate evolving requirements into structured features and solutions
- Develop and enhance applications using React / Next.js
- Implement data flows, integrations, and application logic
- Utilize AWS-backed services (Amplify or equivalent)
- Contribute to shaping product direction based on real-world usage
- Assist in creating systems that capture interactions, engagement, and insight
**Qualifications Required:**
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
- Ability to handle application logic, state, and data flow
- Experience integrating with APIs and backend services
- Working knowledge of AWS (Amplify is a strong plus)
- Ability to debug and adapt in live, evolving environments
