Job Description
Description
Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
The Role
This role is for a Quality Assurance Engineer within Leo's Commerce organization, which builds the software and business solutions that power the customer eCommerce experience.
Within this team, you will focus on quality assurance for the financial and transactional workflows that support Leo's commerce operations. This includes validating the accuracy and integrity of backend processes related to billing, payments, and subscription management. The systems you test directly influence revenue-critical data and reporting.
This is a precision-driven, systems-focused QA role. You will own structured end-to-end test strategies for complex business logic rather than front-end interfaces or network communication services. You will also leverage AI and automation to continuously expand test coverage, improve efficiency, and deliver higher quality outcomes for our customers. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial data and multi-step workflows are essential.
Export Control Requirement
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
