Canadian Immigration - Case Manager

Fully Remote (India) | Full-time | Eastern Time hours

Redvisa Immigration Services Canada Inc. is a licensed Canadian immigration consultancy. We're hiring a Case Manager to own end-to-end file management and work directly with our RCIC across a range of permanent and temporary residence applications.

What you'll do

• Manage client files end-to-end: intake, document collection, application preparation, and IRCC portal submissions
• Prepare and file LMIA applications in coordination with the RCIC
• Prepare and file PNP applications, including OINP streams
• Prepare and file Express Entry profiles and temporary foreign worker applications (work permits, LMIA-based and exempt)
• Maintain accurate case records and client communication throughout the process
• Set up and manage advertising/recruitment postings where required for LMIA files
• Escalate all profile-specific and regulated questions to the RCIC for review and sign-off

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience filing Canadian immigration applications
• Direct experience supporting an RCIC, specifically on LMIA applications
• Working knowledge of PNP/OINP, Express Entry, and temporary foreign worker streams
• Familiarity with recruitment advertising and managing job ads (for LMIA compliance)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written communication

Remote work requirements

• A dedicated personal computer with reliable internet
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours (India is ~9.5–10.5 hours ahead, so this means evening/night shift)
• Comfort working with productivity and activity-monitoring software

Important This is a case management role. All regulated immigration advice is provided solely by our licensed RCIC; the Case Manager supports file preparation and submission under RCIC supervision.

Compensation INR 30,000–50,000/month, depending on experience.
