This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, conducting in-depth analysis of data, and generating financial reports to support decision-making. The individual will assist in tracking company performance, forecasting financial outcomes, and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with Guildstars' strategic goals.
Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to prepare and manage budgets
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data trends and derive actionable insights
Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Solid understanding of Finance principles for business strategies
Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and use of financial software tools
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial systems and tools is an advantage
Effective communication skills to present financial data clearly to team members and stakeholders
