About the Job:

As the CRM & Email Marketing Manager, you are the architect of our lead-to-revenue engine and the primary guardian of our HubSpot ecosystem. Success in this role means building a frictionless automation bridge between marketing interest and sales conversion, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Maintaining a high-performance email delivery system that connects to our prospects. Your work provides the foundational infrastructure that allows the rest of the marketing team to scale their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers the HubSpot portal including data architecture, property mapping, and third-party integrations.
  • Develops sophisticated lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects for the sales team.
  • Constructs multi-touch email nurture sequences that guide MQLs through the buyer’s journey based on behavioral triggers.
  • Automates lead routing and internal notification workflows to ensure a 100% follow-up rate by Sales.
  • Monitors database hygiene and performs regular audits to maintain high deliverability and low bounce rates.
  • Analyzes campaign performance metrics to provide weekly reports on conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of managing databases of 50k+ records with complex segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, IP warming, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce-HubSpot bidirectional syncing.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for custom email template adjustments.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments.
