Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Accounts Payable (AP) Associate Location: India (Remote)

Department: Finance & Accounting

The AP Associate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records. Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness in the ERP system

Prepare and process weekly/bi-weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)

Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation is on file

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, Operations) for invoice approvals

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with TDS deductions and GST compliance for vendor payments in India
• Experience in a global or US-based company environment is preferred
