Lingo Staffing is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist for a leading company in Roanoke!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
- Support devices including laptops, desktops, and printers
- Assist with user account management and onboarding/offboarding
- Document and track issues through a ticketing system
Requirements
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams), and basic networking
- Exposure to Active Directory is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills\
- bility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
