Tier 1 IT Support Specialist – $20-$25/hour – Roanoke, VA (Onsite required)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Type: Contract to Perm

Pay: $20-$25/hr. DOE

Lingo Staffing is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist for a leading company in Roanoke!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
• Support devices including laptops, desktops, and printers
• Assist with user account management and onboarding/offboarding
• Document and track issues through a ticketing system

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams), and basic networking
• Exposure to Active Directory is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills\
• bility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
