Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, manage sales leads, and help maintain the dealership’s continued success. No prior experience is required as we offer paid, world-class corporate training to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers professionally upon arrival.
- Identify customer wants and needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features effectively.
- Assist customers through the purchasing process including paperwork completion.
- Finalize sales and deliver vehicle keys to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships through timely follow-up communications.
Work Environment

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to obtain a Maryland sales license.

- One year of related experience is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.
