3 ton truck delivery driver

Overview

New contract with one of the biggest local delivery company. We are seeking a reliable personal to fill this position. only one position available. Please note this is a full time job starting 7am, some days start even earlier and will pay extra. $23 per hour to start, $25 after 3 months. minimum pay 8 hours even if you only work 6 hours. Pay on time. local delivery. Class 5 with clean driving record please. Delivery experience is an asset but we provide full training if you are new. fluent English.

Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver products to customers and distribution centers
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities

Qualifications

• Valid class 5 with clean driving record
• Experience in commercial driving
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
