Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀</span></p></div><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <p>As an Strategic Account Manager at <strong>Lighthouse</strong>, you will ensure client success through outstanding service and a strong focus on long-term relationships. You’ll deliver white-glove support to our top-tier clients, proactively helping them to maximize the value of our products. Your goal will be to reduce churn, drive renewals, and expand our footprint across accounts. This strategic role blends data analysis, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to create unmatched customer experiences.</p> <p><strong>Where you will have impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic account planning using strong project management skills</li> <li>Manage account renewals, upselling processes, and contract renegotiations</li> <li>Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Checks</li> <li>Deliver regular training sessions and webinars for customers</li> <li>Communicate new features and functionalities to all accountsPartner with Business Development Managers to minimize churn and drive growth</li> <li>Interface across internal teams to resolve client issues and support adoption</li> <li>Identify expansion opportunities and increase share of wallet across accounts</li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce</li> <li>Provide insights on competitive market and partnership activity</li> <li>Leverage<strong> AI driven insights</strong> and <strong>automation across CRM, </strong>conversation intelligence and commercial data to improve forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure smarter account execution, and continuously optimise sales processes in partnership with Sales Operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About our team</strong></p> <p>You’ll be joining our <strong>Sales team </strong>within the wider Revenue department. We are a <strong>global</strong> team of over <strong>150 sales</strong> professionals across <strong>24 countries.</strong> You will be part of our APAC hiring department—a team of<strong> 36 people </strong>focused on growing our market share in both mature and emerging territories.
