• Take home 74% of the line-haul plus 100% of the FSC on customer freight
• * 80% on brokered freight
• Bi-Annual safety bonuses and quarterly retention programs
• Bonuses for each clean DOT roadside inspection
• Mostly regional loads, home time as you select, no force dispatch
• Loads from Indianapolis to MA, NC (drop & hook)
• Loads from PA to FL & GA
• Our goal is to get you out and back home with limited delays and constant communication
• Sign-on bonus of $2500 for new driver (paid quarterly)
• Truck owners sign-on bonus of $5,000 (paid quarterly)
• Comdata card provided with discounts at all TA’s, Petro’s and Speedways
• Direct deposit; Bi-weekly settlements

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with appropriate endorsements
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents and clean background
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with truck driving
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
