Lhoist North America is an industrial minerals company that specializes in processing limestone, quicklime and hydrated lime for use in a wide range of essential services & infrastructure.

The Seasonal Production Operators who will be filling, palletizing and stretch wrapping bagged lime & limestone products, and other assigned duties like general cleanup. Additionally, the job will include forklift and equipment operation. On the job training provided and valuable work experience will be gained at Lhoist!

Rate of pay is $30.44 per hour.

Working hours are Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week, with no weekend shifts. The schedule will consist of either a daytime shift or an afternoon/evening shift. Employment will begin in May and conclude in August or September.

Opportunity for full-time employment may be available at the end of the summer.

Desired Attributes

• Familiarity with industrial environment is an asset, but not required.
• Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members.

ABILITY (including, But Not Limited To)

• Lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Outdoor weather conditions as well as exposure to noise and dust.

Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment physical and functional fitness testing.
