Job Description
LHH is seeking candidates with strong organizational and communication skills for upcoming temporary administrative assignments with our clients in the Washington, DC area. Temporary administrative roles are a great way to build your resume, gain hands-on experience, and gain exposure to some of the top employers in the region. Strong MS Office or Google Workspace experience preferred.
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents and correspondence
- Answer phones, monitor inboxes, and route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Assist with meeting preparation, logistics, and follow-up
- Support special projects as needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
