Job Description
Business Analyst Specialist
We’re looking for an Onsite - Business Analyst Specialist for our client. If you have 10 -15 years of experience and expert in SQL, experience testing and automation experience based on Python then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Work as a Business Analyst within the mortgage industry
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Design process flows, data flows, and technical specifications
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
- Define project objectives and conduct feasibility analysis
- Support development, system integration testing, and UAT activities
- Create and document UAT test strategies, test plans, and test cases/scripts
- Participate in manual and automated testing efforts
What You Bring
- Expert in SQL
- Must have experience automation testing based on Python
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC
- Experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Knowledge of UAT, manual testing, and automation testing concepts
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
