Lexus of Lakeridge, part of Lakeridge Auto Gallery, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.

Job Summary

At our rapidly growing Lexus dealership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled customer experience while driving vehicle sales. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential buyers, actively listening to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. With a comprehensive understanding of our luxurious Lexus lineup, you will expertly match customers with vehicles that perfectly complement their individual style and aspirations. In this dynamic position, you'll guide clients through every step of the purchasing process, offering them not only a seamless transaction but also valuable insights into the innovative technology, safety features, and performance capabilities of our vehicles

You will cultivate connections not only during the sales process but also by following up post-purchase, reinforcing their decision and fostering loyalty to the Lexus brand. Achieving established sales targets will be a key measure of your success, but collaboration with your team and contributions to our dealership's positive atmosphere will also be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a premium buying experience through exceptional customer service
• Practice active listening to understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable Lexus models and features
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and benefits
• Assist in guiding customers through finance, leasing, and purchasing options
• Stay updated on Lexus models, features, and competition
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Lexus' advanced features
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to drive repeat business
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems
• Participate in all required Lexus sales training and dealership events

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience a plus)
• Experience in Lexus Automotive Sales an asset
• Passion for automobiles
• Valid G Licence with a clean driving abstract
• Valid OMVIC
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
