Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager - Ecommerce Content Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be responsible for leading the digital content strategy and execution for the e-commerce business. Your role involves developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Levis remains the preferred denim brand among consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, key consumer moments, and brand priorities.
- Build and manage the e-comm calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to refine content strategy; define and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and display networks; lead SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic.
- Design targeted email campaigns for acquisition, retention, and cross-selling; drive engagement through compelling digital and social storytelling.
- Oversee creation of high-quality, brand-consistent content across e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels, collaborating with internal teams and agencies.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across Levi.in and media touchpoints.
- Develop and manage content pillars such as blogs, PDPs, videos, and infographics, optimized for platform-specific requirements and trends.
- Plan and lead PDP and platform-specific shoots, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment in partnership with agencies.
- Continuously improve onsite experience through tactical content interventions and communication enhancements.
- Track key content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and use insights to optimize effectiveness and consumer engagement.
- Partner with agencies, vendors, and production houses for timely and high-quality campaign execution.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and digital best practices.
- Proven experience in managing vendors, production houses, and creative agencies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and brand-aligned content.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms.
