We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Video Producer who can own the entire content production pipeline — from setting up a normal room into a premium studio, to directing speakers, to shooting and editing high-quality content.
This is a full-stack content role where you will be responsible for making content look professional, engaging, and authority-driven across Instagram, YouTube, and ads.

- Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities🎬 1. Content Direction & On-Set Execution
- Guide speakers with prompts, tone, expressions, and delivery
- Help presenters sound natural, confident, and engaging
- Suggest hooks, pauses, and improvements during recording
- Ensure content feels authentic, high-energy, and authority-driven
🎥 2. Camera Handling & Cinematography (DOP Role)
- Operate DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone rigs professionally
- Set up framing, composition, and camera angles for:
- Talking head videos
- Long-form YouTube content
- Ad creatives
- Reels / Shorts
- Maintain cinematic and premium visual quality

- Transform simple rooms into premium content studios
- Set up and manage:
- Key light, fill light, backlight
- Softboxes and practical lighting
- Ensure clean, flattering, and professional lighting for face & background

- Design clean and visually appealing shooting environments
- Manage background, props, framing, and depth
