Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Claims Manager will oversee the end-to-end claims process, including evaluating, processing, and settling insurance claims. Responsibilities include ensuring claims adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements, analyzing documentation to validate claims, and collaborating with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also look for ways to improve claims management practices and contribute to delivering superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Claims Handling and overall Claims Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating claim validity and ensuring compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Insurance principles and Insurance Claims processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in insurance or claims management will be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
