What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including:
- Air conditioning systems
•
- Heat pumps
•
- Gas furnaces
•
- Boilers
•
- Zoning systems
- Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
- Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
- Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan
- Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers’ homes

ServiceTitan experience is a plus — but we train the right people.
Compensation
- $24 – $40 per hour based on experience
- Performance pay (Reviews, Tech Generation Leads, % on Turnover jobs etc.)
- Stable, year-round work

Requirements
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
