We're building Lensmagic - a platform that gives commercial photographers permanent economic rights over how their work is used to train generative models. The problem is real, the window is now, and the team is small.

Our vision: to become the number one supplier of brand-safe, high-quality, real and synthetic content to AI agents, powered by commercial photographers across the world. The AI stock image market is growing rapidly, stablecoins are becoming the norm, and regulatory tailwinds around AI use favour us.

We're looking for a junior engineer based in Bangalore who ships fast, communicates clearly, and cares deeply about photography/videography, image/video AI, creator ownership, or crypto payment rails.

What you'll work on

• Build and iterate on our photographer workflow: model training, generation, and licensing
• Develop smart contract infrastructure on Solana — automated royalty payouts using stablecoins
• Integrate and tune open-source image generation models (Flux family, LoRA fine-tuning)
• Ship features across a modern full-stack: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel
• Help us expand into video generation and a node-based Visual Builder canvas
• Contribute directly to the product roadmap — this is a small team where your instincts matter

Who we're looking for

• Genuine curiosity about photography, image/video AI, or the creator economy — you understand what's at stake
• Fascination with crypto, even if you haven't shipped smart contracts yet — interest in Solana, Base, or stablecoin payment rails is a strong signal
• Solid foundational coding skills (JavaScript/TypeScript strongly preferred) with the drive to level up fast
• Superb communication — you can translate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-engineers, and you write well
• Comfortable in ambiguity — we move fast, specs evolve, and you're willing to figure things out
• Available to go heads-down for the next few months to help us hit key product milestones

Bonus if you have

• Any hands-on ML experience — LoRA, fine-tuning, diffusion models, or inference pipelines
• Solana/Anchor smart contract experience, or experience with any EVM chain
• Passion for photography, commercial content, or visual storytelling
• Shipped something — a side project, open-source contribution, or freelance work you're proud of

Why this role

You'll work directly with the CEO. You'll have real ownership over hard problems at the intersection of AI, creator rights, and decentralized payments. We use Claude Code for accelerated development, so you'll spend less time on boilerplate and more time on things that matter.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone with 2–6 years of experience who wants to work remotely. We're moving fast on hiring. Comp: ₹8-14 LPA.
