Implement a data-driven performance framework leveraging real-time dashboards and AI analytics for informed decision-making. - **Customer Experience & Tech-Driven Innovation:** Ensure a premium brand experience across all stores through personalized retail technology adoption, automation, and process innovation. Monitor customer feedback and NPS data to enhance retail experience continuously. - **People Leadership & Franchise Growth:** Lead and inspire a large retail workforce, foster a high-performance culture, and oversee franchise network operations.
