As a Lead at Lenskart, you will play a crucial role in reinventing the physical retail ecosystem of the largest eyewear company in South Asia. With a mission to bridge cutting-edge retail technology and exponential offline growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue, operational excellence, and AI-powered retail transformation across 2,000+ stores and 10,000+ frontline team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - **P&L Ownership & Revenue Growth:** Take charge of the end-to-end P&L for the offline retail vertical, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and store-level profitability. Implement a data-driven performance framework leveraging real-time dashboards and AI analytics for informed decision-making. - **Customer Experience & Tech-Driven Innovation:** Ensure a premium brand experience across all stores through personalized retail technology adoption, automation, and process innovation. Monitor customer feedback and NPS data to enhance retail experience continuously. - **People Leadership & Franchise Growth:** Lead and inspire a large retail workforce, foster a high-performance culture, and oversee franchise network operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless inventory management and tech deployment. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of leadership experience in offline/physical retail with P&L accountability and revenue targets of 500 Cr+ - Deep understanding of retail operations, customer experience design, and scaling retail networks - Comfort with data analytics, real-time dashboards, and tech-enabled retail operations - MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred, background in organized retail, D2C, QSR, fashion, or lifestyle brands a plus In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming Lenskart's offline retail presence, driving growth, innovation, and people leadership.
