This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a consumer-backward merchandising ecosystem that seamlessly connects customer insights, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, assortment strategy, and business growth.

What You'll Own

• Build a consumer-first merchandising operating model that translates customer insights into demand, supply, inventory, and assortment decisions.
• Design and scale systems across demand planning, supply planning, vendor planning, capacity planning, and store assortment planning.
• Drive revenue growth, inventory productivity, gross margin improvement, and customer experience through superior merchandising decisions.
• Create a seamless demand-supply ecosystem where planning starts with consumer needs and translates into business execution.
• Reduce design-to-shelf lead times and improve responsiveness to changing customer demand.
• Build localized assortment strategies across stores, online channels, marketplaces, and emerging business formats.
• Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy and merchandising effectiveness.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading merchandising, planning, category management, business operations, growth, retail strategy, supply chain, consulting, or related business functions.
• Strong track record of building scalable systems, processes, and operating models that drive measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and customer experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple functions and driving alignment in complex organizations.
• A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and create long-term, scalable solutions.
• Strong interest in leveraging technology, analytics, AI, and automation to solve business problems.
