We are looking for a high-impact Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. Operations And Execution
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories.
- Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50-150 members).
- Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews.
- Drive accountability and ownership across team members.
Business Ownership
- Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P& L-linked metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure strong customer experience and service delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. ).
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure seamless coordination across functions to drive outcomes.
Problem Solving And Decision Making
- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Make data-driven decisions in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
- Solve operational challenges with structured problem-solving approaches.
