Job Description
As a Security Operations Lead at Lenovo, you will be the primary point of contact for the delivery of operational oversight of security services to the customer. Your responsibilities include assuring that the contractual security obligations are met, overseeing security compliance of Lenovo managed infrastructure, and managing all Managed Security Services delivered by other vendors/partners. Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Provide the Customer a single point of contact for security matters related to Lenovo Managed Services
- Work closely with the Customers senior Security and Compliance leadership
- Understand customers contractual Security and Compliance Regulatory Requirements
- Lead Security Innovation with the customer
- Prepare and maintain the Customer Security Plan (CSP)
- Provide Security and Compliance awareness trainings
- Ensure technology and data resources within the scope of the Agreement are secure
- Maintain a Security Risk Register
- Establish and maintain a Security Incident Response Program
- Manage, investigate, and resolve complex security issues
- Provide recommendations to the customer team to mitigate suspicious activities

Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 15-18 years of relevant experience in Security Operations, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and recognized Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, SANS, SABSA, OSCP. Microsoft Security and compliance certifications such as SC-200, MS-500, and AZ-500 are preferred.
