Analyst - Channel Marketing

Role Overview:

As an Ecommerce Promotion Specialist at Lennox, you will be responsible for setting up and supporting ecommerce promotions on Hybris platform. Your role will involve creating order forms, maintaining dealer lists, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and test audience, products, and exclusions for ecommerce promotions on Hybris
• Support stocking, parts & supplies, commercial product promotions, and vendor product promotions on Hybris
• Create order forms for stocking promotions using Excel, ensuring proper coding for approved products and eligible customers
• Maintain a list of dealers not permitted to participate in promotions in coordination with National Accounts stakeholders
• Provide daily reporting on qualifying orders for parts & supplies promotions
• Assist the Loyalty program team in updating SAP based on dealer enrollments and unenrollments
• Support Energy Efficiency Specialist with marketing collateral updates when feasible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce promotions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of ecommerce promotions best practices
• Proficiency in Excel with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
