Len Stoler Chevrolet is looking for experienced Automotive Technicians to join our growing team!

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses cause of most malfunctions and performs repair.
- Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Examine vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed.
- Advise advisors immediately if any additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
- Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
- Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.
- Keeps shop area neat and clean.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must have 2 years of Automotive Technician GM experience.
- Maryland Inspection and ASE Certification is a plus.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role to include (but not limited to) bending, lifting, twisting, and standing or sitting for long periods of time.
