Role overview

Lega Nova Group supports growing brands with customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing campaigns. This opening is intended for recent graduates and early-career candidates who want hands-on business exposure from the outset. Prior work experience is not needed because training is provided.

• Act as a representative for client brands in direct marketing campaigns.

Development and cross-training

The company follows a structured development path that includes cross-training across several business functions. This covers customer acquisition and sales basics, campaign coordination and tracking performance, as well as team support and introductory leadership development. Advancement depends on performance, consistency, and growth across these areas.

Additional information

This role requires full-time availability. It is based in person, so remote working is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation is handled on a W-2 basis.
