Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Saskatoon, SK. The candidate will cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, identify equipment financing needs, and present customized leasing solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, guiding clients through the leasing process, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deal execution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
- Excellent customer relationship management and client-servicing abilities
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Effective communication, active listening, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of equipment leasing, financing, or related industries is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field is preferred
