Position Overview
We are not just looking for a content creator. We are looking for an AI-native story hunter — someone who treats educator interviews like investigative journalism, builds agentic production systems like an engineer, and reads campaign data like a scientist. Your mission: turn the real success stories of U.S. K-12 educators using Learning Genie into high-conversion video content that drives our expansion into Texas, New York, and beyond.
Most people can talk about it. We need someone who can show us the work.

The role:
- Interview U.S. K-12 educators and district leaders on Zoom — journalist-style, emotionally intelligent, data-aware
- Run an agentic AI production pipeline: research the district before the call, transcribe and extract with AI, produce 3 reels in 24 hours using Descript, OpusClip/Munch, and CapCut
- Analyze CTR, demo sign-ups, and ROI — then use a Strategy Agent to pivot your next hook based on what the data shows
- Turn California success stories into Texas and New York revenue
The ideal profile:
- Experience: 3+ years in Brand Journalism, Documentary Production, or SaaS Content Marketing. A portfolio of video stories or interviews is required — no exceptions.
- You don't just use tools; you build End-to-End Agentic AI Workflows. You can demonstrate a system where AI automates research (scraping board minutes/strategic plans), streamlines production, and closes the loop with data analysis.
- You are obsessed with ROI and Conversion. You can walk us through a live dashboard showing how you pivoted a creative strategy based on A/B testing, CTR, and Lead Gen data.
- You possess an infectious, high-energy on-camera presence. You are naturally charismatic and can "ignite" a conversation with a stressed-out Principal, making them feel like the hero of the story.
- Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency through a live portfolio review of real-world campaign data, specifically highlighting CTR optimization and A/B testing results.
- Your English is native-level and your on-camera energy is warm, vibrant, and inviting
