About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing franchise operations, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, driving performance, and supporting franchise partners on a daily basis.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, compliance management, and hands-on operational execution within a fast-growing salon and beauty franchise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of franchise salons across assigned territories

Act as the primary operational point of contact for franchise partners

Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, operational guidelines, and customer service standards

Monitor franchise performance, KPIs, revenue trends, and operational efficiency

Conduct regular franchise audits, inspections, and operational reviews

Support franchisees in staffing, training coordination, and operational problem-solving

Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at salon level

Coordinate with training teams to maintain service quality and staff certification standards

Manage escalation handling related to operations, customer experience, and franchise support

Maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular operational updates to leadership

Assist in launching recent franchise locations and operational onboarding

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

Work closely with management to improve systems, processes, and franchise profitability
