Contracts Specialist (Noida)

We're Hiring | Contracts Specialists (5–10 Years)

Protecon BTG Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Contracts Specialists to join our growing team If you have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Contracts Management—especially in Change Management, EOT & Delay Analysis, Prolongation Cost Analysis, DAB & Arbitration—we’d love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for professionals from the Railways, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure sectors who thrive in complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Lifecycle Management from execution to closure.

2. EOT / Delay Analysis & Reports, identifying causes and culpability of Project events and delays.

3. Prolongation Cost Analysis & Reports, ensuring justification with evidence.

4. Change Order Analysis & Reports, aligning with Contract Agreement.

5. DAB and Arbitration Support, ensuring compliances with the Contract Agreement.

6. Risk Management and Compliances.

7. Documentation and Reporting, of contractual matters and compliances.

8. Stakeholder Engagement, serving as Key Point of Contact for Stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Engineering Graduate, advanced qualifications are a plus.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Contracts Management in Consulting or EPC Projects in the Railways / Metro, Oil & Gas or Infrastructure sectors (Pipelines / Roads / Transmission Lines) (Not Procurement, Supply Chain and Sub-contractor Management)
• Good knowledge of contractual frameworks, including FIDIC, NEC, SCL Protocols and AACE.
• Solid expertise in Change Management, EOT / Delay Analysis, Prolongation Cost Analysis and DAB & Arbitration, managing complex contractual relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environment.
