Job Description

Wellness Within is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Senior Esthetician to join our health and wellness spa team. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who brings confidence, professionalism, and mentorship to the treatment room while continuing to focus on hands-on client care.

This position is not a management role. Our Senior Spa Manager oversees team management, scheduling, and operational leadership. The Senior Esthetician role is centered on clinical excellence, team support, and client experience, acting as a trusted senior presence on the spa floor.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional esthetic services while maintaining consistent treatment standards

Serve as a senior team member and positive role model within the spa

Support and mentor less experienced estheticians through peer guidance and example

Collaborate with the Spa Manager to uphold spa protocols, cleanliness, and service flow

Build and maintain a solid repeat client base through education and personalized care

Represent Wellness Within with professionalism and warmth, both in-centre and within the community

Desired Qualifications & Attributes

Certified Esthetician with minimum 4 years of professional experience

Confident, reliable, and self-motivated clinician

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused workplace

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Passion for mentoring and supporting team culture

Compensation & Perks

Competitive hourly wage $17-$21/hr
