We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechatronics Technicians / Engineers<\/b> with experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing or maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise, hands -on skills, and a willingness to specialize in advanced agricultural equipment, particularly Dammann machines.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

<\/h3>

• Interpret and work with technical drawings, schematics, and instructions<\/b>

<\/li>

• Execute electrical wiring and assembly tasks independently<\/b>

<\/li>

• Perform hydraulic system work<\/b>, including:

<\/div>

• Pipe laying

<\/li>

• Valve connections

<\/li>

• System bleeding

<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

• Ensure precision and leak -proof assembly<\/b> in crop protection equipment (nozzles, pumps, pipelines)

<\/li>

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

<\/li>

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy<\/b>

<\/li><\/ul>

Salary: ₹2,32,400 Lac Per Month<\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>

Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>

<\/h3>

• Degree or certification in any of the following:

<\/div>

• Agricultural & Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician

<\/li>

• Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician

<\/li>

• Industrial Mechatronics Technician

<\/li>

• Mechanical Engineering

<\/li>

• Electrical Engineering

<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience<\/b> in agricultural machinery manufacturing/repair

<\/li>

• Experience with brands like Dammann, Krone, Claas, or Fendt<\/b> is highly preferred

<\/li><\/ul>

Technical Skills:<\/b><\/span>

<\/h3>

• Strong knowledge of:

<\/div>

• Hydraulics

<\/li>

• Pneumatics

<\/li>

• Electronics

<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

• Ability to understand mechanical systems and component interaction<\/b>

• Hands -on expertise with tools and equipment

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
