Real Estate Law, Employee & Infrastructure related laws, Litigations, Global Contract Management, Cross-border Transactions, Property Due Diligence, Land Acquisition & Title Verification, Lease & Development Agreements, Middle East, US, Europe & APAC Legal Exposure, FDI & FEMA Regulations, International Regulatory Compliance, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration, Risk Management, Stakeholder & Leadership Partnering and Company Law. About the Role We are seeking a manager – CS & Legal, the role will oversee legal matters, complex transactions, and regulatory compliance while acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on governance and mitigating risk with Industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate and Secretarial Compliances.
• Lead legal strategy for real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Manage cross-border contracts, joint ventures, SPVs, and international transactions
• Oversee property due diligence, land acquisition, title verification, and documentation
• Handle disputes, arbitration, and litigation with global external counsels
• Advise CXOs and global leadership on legal risk, governance, and compliance
• Understanding and Working Knowledge of Indian Labour Codes.

What You Should Bring

• LLB / LLM from a reputed institution and a Certified company secretary
• Extensive legal experience in the GCC/GBS/Real Estate
• Hands-on exposure to legal frameworks in India.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to partner with Board, CXOs, and international stakeholders
