Job Description
As a Civil Project Manager, your role involves planning, executing, and monitoring all Civil activities at the project site. This includes tasks such as survey, layout marking, excavation, pre-cast building execution, and testing activities. You will be responsible for raising RFIs for site activities and ensuring their closure in Unifier. Additionally, you will need to follow up with the EDRC team to ensure timely availability of drawings and materials.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with subcontractors for billing in collaboration with the planning team
- Conducting material reconciliation for respective sites
- Coordinating with inter-departmental teams for interfacing activities
- Preparing integrated schedules and monitoring progress
- Participating in progress review meetings with department heads, Package Managers, and Project Directors
- Conducting material inspections at store/sites in coordination with the QA/QC team
- Ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
- Coordinating with clients, store, P&M, subcontractors, vendors, QC, planning, and safety teams for seamless execution and documentation
In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have experience in both Pre-Cast Building and Cast In-situ Building. Your skills should include:
- Strong technical knowledge of Pre-Cast Building
- Ability to read drawings and execute as per quality and safety requirements
- Knowledge of safety standards such as IS codes and BIS standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Dealing with clients for smooth execution of work
- Proficiency in Powerpoint presentations and digital reporting tools
