Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Flight Support Sales Representatives to promote aviation support services to business aviation operators, charter companies, airlines, government operators, corporate flight departments, and other aviation organizations worldwide.
This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor position with no base salary. Compensation is based entirely on new business generated by the representative. The role is ideal for individuals with existing aviation industry contacts and a strong interest in business development and relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting flight support services including permits, ground handling coordination, fuel arrangements, flight planning, and other operational support solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aircraft operators, charter companies, airlines, government operators, corporate flight departments, and other aviation stakeholders.
- Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Present and promote flight support services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements and assist in onboarding new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aviation sales, business development, charter aviation, airline operations, corporate aviation, aircraft management, aviation consulting, or related aviation fields is preferred.
- Existing aviation industry contacts are considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business development activities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
