As an Admin and Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the logistics and workflows behind our global events, tradeshows, and marketing programs. - 3+ years of experience in event coordination project coordination or a similar role
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across time zones
- familiarity with budgeting processes and invoice tracking
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work onsite 5 days per week at Arlington VA office
- capacity to assist with physical event setup including lifting materials when required
