Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support the installation of fiber and telecom cables above ground and quickly address any issues to guarantee reliable service.
• Utilize equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators safely.
• Employ hand tools and power tools, including wrenches, drills, and saws, in a safe manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment to ensure smooth traffic flow during operations.
• Work at heights using climbing equipment and ladders safely.
• Be prepared for travel on short notice for storm response efforts.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.

Requirements for Success

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Valid state CDL Class A driver's license (not provisional) with a sound driving record.
• Previous construction experience is preferred, especially within the telecommunications field.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly: work with arms elevated, in confined spaces, at heights, climb stairs, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, lift up to 55 pounds.
• Occasionally: utilize a keyboard and mouse for reporting and communication purposes.
