Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Sr. Software Developer. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced software professional to design scalable applications, shape technical architecture, and contribute to meaningful digital solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and enhance internal systems and client-facing applications, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and built for long-term sustainability.

Lead architectural decisions and apply modern development practices that promote performance, maintainability, and reliability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical peers to gather requirements and translate them into practical, user-focused solutions.

Conduct thorough validation, testing, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, supporting skill development and project delivery.

Continuously explore emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to elevate development standards and processes.

Requirements

3+ years of progressive experience in software development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Strong proficiency in .NET technologies and modern web development languages.

Solid understanding of database design, data normalization, and system integration principles.

Experience working with container technologies and modern development environments.

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
