Work Arrangement : Work from Home

Night shift

Track and trace shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery

Build, update, and manage loads within a Transportation Management System (TMS)

Maintain consistent communication via Microsoft Teams (daily check-ins and working in a team atmosphere)

Ensure all shipment data (PODs, timestamps, notes) is accurate and complete

Assist with appointment scheduling and load planning as needed

Support billing accuracy by ensuring proper documentation is captured

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Start time between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (flexible within this window as assigned)

~ Must attend daily Microsoft Teams call for alignment and and working with a team.

Required Experience & Skills

~2+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations

~ Strong experience with:

• Experience tracking and communicating with drivers across multiple shipments
• Familiarity with load building, dispatching, and shipment lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required)
• Experience working with U.based freight brokers or 3PLs

Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and expedited freight operations

Understanding of accessorials, rate confirmations, and basic billing processes

Experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment

2+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations

~ Strong experience with:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required)
