Duties

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel management principles
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest situations diplomatically
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and front desk software systems is essential
