Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily F&B operations (Restaurant, Banquets, IRD)
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback
- Assist in team supervision, training and scheduling
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service
- Monitor inventory and costs
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of service standards and guest handling
- Experience in banquets and restaurant operations preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage
