Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily F&B operations (Restaurant, Banquets, IRD)
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback
  • Assist in team supervision, training and scheduling
  • Maintain hygiene and service standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service
  • Monitor inventory and costs

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of service standards and guest handling
  • Experience in banquets and restaurant operations preferred
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage
