To support our continued success and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Marketing Project Manager. This highly organized, direct, and accountable professional will bring structure to fast-moving marketing, creative, and technology initiatives—keeping teams aligned, identifying risks early, and ensuring every project has a clear owner, timeline, and path to completion.

What You’ll Own

· Own intake and scoping for all creative and technology briefs, ensuring every request is clearly defined before work begins.

· Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Creative, and Technology, giving all three teams a reliable point of clarity and coordination.

· Maintain daily visibility in the project management tool across active initiatives, owners, deadlines, and dependencies.

· Facilitate weekly cross-functional syncs, standups, and project reviews so teams stay aligned and accountable.

· Maintain a master project calendar across campaigns, launches, and deliverables.

· Establish and enforce workflows, approval protocols, and communication standards that prevent bottlenecks before they form.

· Report project status directly to the Founder & CEO.

· Flag risks early, propose solutions, and never wait for problems to escalate on their own

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days: You have full command of every active project, know who owns each deliverable, and have clarified or resolved anything that was unclear, overdue, or at risk.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
