Job Description

Under the authority of the Sales Director, the position holder will ensure that La Belle Fenêtre is represented in a professional manner while supporting clients throughout their projects. He or she will be responsible for advising customers, preparing quotes, and closing sales by offering personalized service tailored to each client’s needs and budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and advise clients on the company’s products and services
  • Analyze client needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Prepare detailed quotes and perform necessary follow-ups
  • Actively participate in the sales process, from prospecting to contract closing
  • Ensure complete follow-up of files: orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales service
  • Develop sales strategies to expand and grow the client base
  • Participate in company trade shows and exhibitions (such as home shows)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the door and window industry (an asset)
  • Experience in the construction industry and in project management (an asset)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction or renovation plans
  • Knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Knowledge and application of Quebec Building Code standards and basic occupational health and safety principles
  • Participate in production scheduling and planning
  • Attend production meetings
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and excellent customer service skills
  • Professional attitudes and behaviors: autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, initiative, organizational skills, ability to work in a team and solve problems
  • Comfortable using relevant computer tools
  • Proficiency in French and English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
  • Possess a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Work both on-site and on the road
