Job Description
As a Project Manager Implementation at ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, and SaaS. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Own analytics engagements for enterprise accounts from discovery to delivery
- Act as the primary analytics contact for key customers, conduct workshops, and present to CXOs and Ops Heads
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions
- Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
- Translate customer analytics gaps into inputs for the product roadmap
- Identify analytics-led upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers
- Set goals, conduct 1:1 meetings, manage delivery bandwidth, and enhance team capability
- Define quality standards, documentation practices, and team processes
- Own the analytics roadmap including dashboard frameworks, data modeling, and advanced analytics
- Ensure that Power BI delivery is performant, scalable, and enterprise-grade
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics and forecasting across platforms and customer deliverables
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance in all outputs
- Personally build complex Power BI dashboards and prototype analytical approaches
- Utilize SQL, build models, and derive insights independently from raw datasets
- Stay engaged as a hands-on practitioner, actively involved in doing rather than just managing
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS implementations
- Hands-on exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar
- Solid understanding of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Experience in working with international clients
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus skills that would be advantageous for this role:
- Experience in SaaS product implementations
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
