Job Description
We are looking for a digital marketing & SEO executive to join our on-site growth and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SEO performance, lead generation, and paid/organic marketing campaigns across multiple brands and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO strategy & execution:
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, schema)
- Manage off-page SEO (backlink building, directory submissions, outreach)
- Improve website page speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO
- Monitor website rankings, analytics, and search trends to track performance
- Lead generation (organic + paid):
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies for local and international clients
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create landing pages, A/B tests, and conversion optimization workflows
- Manage retargeting, remarketing, and funnel-based campaigns
- Track lead quality, CAC, ROAS, and overall conversion performance
- Digital marketing & content:
- Plan and schedule content for social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Collaborate with designers & content writers for creatives, blogs, and reels
- Handle email marketing, automation flows, newsletters, and outreach
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on SEO, leads, and ads
