Job Description
We are looking for a Business Manager that are excited and enthusiastic about working with children and interfacing with parents.
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
- Strong communication via email/phone/in-person
- Reliable and can adhere to the scheduled days/times of work
- Available between the hours of 3-7pm on most weekdays
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented
- Enjoys working with children of all ages
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Strong ability to encourage children with praise and positive reinforcement
- Experience with children preferred, not required
Job requirements include, but not limited to:
- Organizing the orientation materials and schedule
- Answering the center phone and scheduling appointments
- Working one-on-one with students between the ages of 3 - 9
- Grading student math & reading homework using answer books
- Communicating with parents and students on their needs and sharing progress updates
This position pays between $13 - $15/hour depending on qualifications. The center days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 3-7pm and the pay schedule is once a month on the 1st of the month. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this.
